Requirements Gathering

Proposal/Plan

We prepare and send you a detailed plan and proposal. Design

A detail design of the database showing all the relationships will be created to insure that all requirements will be meet by the database. The diagram will represent the actual database in a visual form. Creating database diagrams before development is one of the best practices, as it allows both parties to identify any additional requirements beforehand. The diagram will be reviewed by both parties to insure all requirements have been meet before moving forward.

Develop/Test

Based on the design diagram we will develop and test the database on the selected database management system (e.i. MySQL, Access, SQL Server). The intense testing will insure all transaction will work as required by you the customer. Once the database has been fully tested it is ready to be used by the you the customer.
